Chien Kun hosted an Opening Festival at the Silkroad,
to celebrate World Vegetarian Day, and the beginning of
World Vegetarian Awareness Month, which was
launched by the North American Vegetarian Society.
Speakers and volunteers from environmental, animal
rights, and vegetarian groups, as well as the English and
Chinese media, were present at the opening festival.

舉行，介紹了世界素食月的意義和世界素食潮流，
再有美國年青一代素食者的宣言與分享，另邀環
保精英發言，并發放緣色環保及素食的相關資料
和影視。各界朋友品嘗了融合中西素食文化的純
素餐點，其清新創意令人驚喜。
